High Court Proceedings

  • Legal Issues Before the High Court – Involvement of substantial questions of law, constitutional interpretation, protection of fundamental rights, statutory conflicts, and policy challenges.

Duration: 7 Days (Mondayto Sunday) High Court Court

What is the course Contribution?

  • ₹2000 for Level 1(Criminal Court), ₹5000 Level 2 (Civil Court), ₹15,000 Level 3 (High Court)
  • he National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Kerala Administrative Tribunal (KAT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), the National Green Tribunal (NGT), and the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) shall be charged 15,000/-
